EXAMPLE OF A ZERO COMMISSION SALE
Using the Busy Bee Flat Fee Program without the Home Buyer Rebate

Jack needed to sell his house for $200,000. He wanted to move onto a farm and raise bean stalks.

Jack decided to flat fee list on the MLS. He found Busy Bee Realty and it looked good. He called and discussed it with the broker and the forms were emailed to him. He emailed (or faxed) back the forms and emailed the pictures. Boom. Jack's house was on the MLS. Two Realtors brought their buyers thru his house but they did not put in a offer. Then his broker emailed (or called) and gave him the name of a potential buyer. His broker referred this buyer directly to him so that there could be a zero commission sale. Jack called the potential buyer and the buyer came out (without a buyer's agent) and put in a offer that Jack couldn't refuse. Jack sold his house.

Jack saved $12,000 in commissions (based on traditional commission) and only paid the Listing Broker the administrative listing fee. He paid Zero Commission.

Jack decided not to "farm". He bought a houseboat and is living happily on a river in Florida. Be Happy Jack!

EXAMPLE OF A "HAIL MARY PASS" SALE

Do you know what a "Hail Mary" is? It is a football term. The game is ending. You are the Quarterback. Your team has the ball. There is one play left. You have one chance left. So your receivers run far down the field. You throw that ball as hard and as straight as you can - hoping, hoping that somebody, anybody on your team will catch and make the goal.

Well, in real estate here is the story. You owe about as much as the house is worth. If you list for the traditional six percent either you won't be able to pay off your mortgage or you will list too high and it won't sell. Then Busy Bee flat fee listing is your "Hail Mary Pass". As you see by the examples above, by listing flat fee with Busy Bee Realty, you can pay either zero commission dollars or two percent commission dollars or three percent commission dollars (depending on the offer you accept). This savings could allow you to sell your home, pay off your mortgage and maybe put a couple dollars in your pocket.

So if you feel like you have one shot left to sell the house, know traditional commission will have you upside down but aren't giving up - this is the brokerage for you.  Flat fee list with Busy Bee.

Mickey and Minnie Mouse use both the Flat Fee Listing and Home Rebate Programs - They are very happy, here is their story:

Sell using Busy Bee Flat Fee and Buy using Busy Bee Home Buyer Rebate Program.

Mickey and his wife Minnie don't ever pay full price for anything. Mickey works at the cheese factory and gets a discount on cheese. Minnie does her own hair coloring. The Mouse Family has been saving for years for their dream home. And now they are ready to get it!

They needed to sell their house for $200,000. They want to buy a house for $400,000 that has room for the grandkids to come and visit. If they sold traditionally, the commission would cost them $12,000 and they would get zero dollars for buyer their new home. So their traditional commission cost to move is $12,000.

Minnie saw the Busy Bee Flat Fee website and Mickey loved it! They did a Three Percent to the Buyer's Agent Listing and paid, upfront, the Busy Bee Administrative Fee of around $500 (see program options). They found their house for $400,000, just perfect for them. And the Home Buyer Rebate Program got them the maximum amount $5000 (depending on loan program could be cash at closing, decrease in purchase price or similar equivalent savings - loan officer must decide and organize with title company - must be disclosed to seller and be set up to abide with state regulations).

The Mouse Family paid out $6000 in commission to the Buyer's Agent to find a ready, willing and able buyer. Using the Home Buyer Rebate Program, the Mouse Family received $5000 (in cash, discount in price or other equivalent savings - depends on rules of the loan from the loan officer and state regulations). So lets see, $6000 out - $5000 in. Only an administrative fee paid to get their house on MLS, get it negotiated, get it sold, negotiate and paperwork for their new home and get it to closing and $1000 commission. Wow - great deal.
